DEVELOPERS FINISH FLORIDA PROJECT

Lifestyles Real Estate, have completed their first out-of-state development project, a 160-unit condo conversion in Winter Park, Fla., a suburb of Orlando.

Lifestyles raised money for the project from local investors and repaid them within 24 months, she added. Lifetyles has two development projects in Atlanta and a resort development in Costa Rica.
